Stingrays
From scientific reports it would certainly seem possible that the eyes on top if its head are able to act as a quick-response missile launcher, except that in this case it is the tail which moves unbelievably quickly towards the target.
So why is the tail so dangerous? Well, the sting is indeed in the tail, the same, as they say about scorpions.
