The Atkins Diet Program
By now, everybody’s heard of the Atkins diet program. It’s one of the most popular low carbohydrate diets designed for people to get rid of fat fast. Since the body needs to burn the carbs stored in the muscles before it starts burning fat you should lose weight eating by this way. However, it won’t necessarily work for everybody and may be too hard for some people to stay on for very long. If you try an Atkins diet you need to keep track of your energy levels to see if you can handle such a low carb intake.
