Body Building For Women
Toned arms, chiseled abs and shapely legs – these can all be yours with just some little effort in the gym. I am not just talking about men, but women as well. The truth is that the physiology between men and women may differ but the process of body building for men is exactly the same as that of women. So all you women out there, you are not out of place. While it is generally claimed that men are on average between 10 and 15 percent larger than women and weigh approximately 20 percent more than women, body building women have overturned the scales. While men are apparently 30 percent stronger than women when it comes to the upper body strength, you will be surprised how easy it is to tip the scales here as well.
