Standard Voice Mail Services Does Not measure Up For Business Use
It’s one of those things that’s so prevalent and widely available that everyone takes it for granted. But I’m here to tell you that the standard voice mail services offered by most telephone providers cannot compare to a system that is specifically designed for business use. In fact, I didn’t even bother reading the features that the phone company offered because I knew it wouldn’t be worth it. For one thing, most small business voice mail services are designed for use with complex phone systems consisting of multiple lines. This allows for each extension in the office to have its own mailbox, which means employees won’t have to share.
