While you may love your bagel for breakfast or daily sandwiches on white bread, it may be time to make a little switch to the diet that you are ingesting. The simple truth is that the white flour that is used in things like bagels, pizza dough, doughnuts, pancakes, and other white bread items are not digestively friendly. They are starches with no fiber.
