Homes for sale in the Phuket Real Estate market
My husband and I are traveling to Phuket next week and have been told by a couple of our friends that we should take a look at the Phuket villas whilst we are out there.
We have only just sold our holiday home and weren’t thinking of looking in to buying anything else as we found it quite a bind, we felt we ought to be always taking our holidays there.
But Phuket property may be a different story. As it’s so far away we initially weren’t interested but as our friends reminded us we are only 2 years from retirement! That would mean that we could plan to stay out there for much longer periods of time instead of the usual couple of weeks we would stay at the holiday home we had in Europe.
Phuket Property is available to buy ‘ready made’ or, so our friends inform us, you can buy a plot of land and build your own Phuket villa.
This appeals to us as we now know exactly what we would want from our holiday home having had one before. We also know exactly what we wouldn’t want!
So we will head off next week with a rather different goal in mind. We still will be lounging by the beach and pool and taking advantage of the treatments the spa’s have to offer. We’re especially looking forward to tasting authentic Thai food in Thailand! We will now also be observing the Phuket property market and maybe even come home owning our very own Phuket villa!
