Bowflex Review against other Popular Brands

Even though the name Bowflex is synonymous with quality home gym equipment, it is still a good idea to do a Bowflex Review against other popular brands because there is such a lot of great stuff and innovation in home exercise equipment all the time, that you might just find something that’s more suited to your need  than the latest offers from Bowflex, as good as they are. When we read online reviews, half the time we have kind of made our minds up anyway, and if the gym equipment we have our eye on has 8 bad reviews and only 2 good, if our hearts were set on this apparatus to begin with, we will zoom in on those 2 good reviews and zoom out on the 8 negative. The bottom line is that you can’t go far wrong with a brand name, and although there are some good ‘no-brand’ alternatives, reviews of the lesser knows should be read with more care and consideration prior to purchase.  If you’re not sporty, a little overweight perhaps, and lacking in general fitness and overal strengh, then a home gym could be just what the doctor ordered!
