Our old IT support firm wasn’t working out, so we found a better one.

We’ve finally hired a place to handle all our IT support, and I’m very pleased with the decision. They are much better than the firm I hired previously. I never thought there would be so much difference in outsourced IT companies, but I was in for a surprise. The first place did a terrible job, but this company seems to be on the ball. I’ve heard no complaints so far. They are supposed to be the best small business IT support company in our area, and right now I believe it’s true.

I was really surprised by how inexpensive they were. The price is much cheaper than the other small business IT support company we worked with, and the service is better. It’s rare to find a combination of better service with a lower price. This is one of the few times I’ve ever seen it actually work that way. I guess outsourced IT companies have a pretty fierce competition going, because this company could charge twice as much for the services they offer. For this kind of IT support, I might be willing to pay 3 times as much.

Now that we’ve handled all our IT support needs, our business is really running smoothly. It’s great to not worry all day about computer problems. I’m honestly surprised that outsourced IT support can work so well. If I had known it could be like this, I would have replaced the other small business IT support company a lot sooner.
