Peruvian Cuisine has one of the leading flavors in the globe and is even more justified when it was declared as the “Gastronomic Capital of America”. Well I think the country has been blessed with resources that keeps on allowing chefs and connoisseurs to further express themselves through mouth-watering dishes. Imagine having 2,000 species of fish, both freshwater and saltwater which is more than any other country on Earth to choose from as your key ingredient! I could even barely count all the possible ways of preparing a menu out of tuna.
