Experiencing Dog Allergies
Having an allergy to dogs is a common experience. And dogs are so common in our society, that avoiding them is next to impossible. After all, dog allergens can be found in public places, private homes – nearly every place where that humans are found.
In other words, if a dog had been in a home a week, two weeks, or even longer – its allergens will still exist on walls, carpeting, and furniture surfaces within the home. And even if a dog has not been in a home, but someone in the home has had exposure to a dog, the dog allergens are very sticky and lightweight and can very easily attach themselves to clothing and hitch a ride to the home.
The presence of the allergens in almost every place that humans inhabit is one reason that dog allergy treatment services are thriving.
