Removing hair from your back

Not long ago it was unheard of for a man to undergo a procedure to remove hair, or at least not many men would admit to it. These days it’s quite common for men to remove hair, even if they aren’t professional body builder, swimmers, or cyclists. One of the most common forms is laser back hair removal.

Back hair is a problem few women experience, which makes this a procedure quite unique for men. Many men don’t know what to do with their excess back hair until they try this procedure for the first time. Of course, many try the home-based methods of removing back hair by shaving their back, using wax, or even plucking. When you shave your back you will definitely get rid of all the hair. The problem is that it grows back in a couple of days. Waxing and plucking are much more effective, and a cheap alternative to laser hair removal, with effects that last from 3-8 weeks.

But none of these methods compare to using a laser to remove back hair. Even though the costs can be as high as $400-600 per session, the effects can last for up to 2 years. The procedure is done by directing a laser at the dark matter in your skin, which contains the hair roots. The laser damages this area only, which kills the root and leaves the rest of the area untouched.

There are other methods you can use as well, such as electrolysis. This is a procedure where a small and slim electrode which is placed in to the shaft of each hair, killing the hair focile. This procedure is very slow, but can give permanent results like with a laser.
