The said list is to monitor the kinds of food that they put in their bodies and to make sure that only the safe and healthy ones are taken in by those patients. To be clearer about it, it is a list, a giant chart of the glycemic ratings of different foods. From cereals to bread, fruits and vegetables, the list can go on forever. The glycemic index list ranks carbohydrates on a scale of 0 to 100 and how they can raise your blood sugar level after you eat.
