Table Tennis Racket

Read this entertaining story of my first table tennis racket when my Dad brought home a ping pong table.  That was a really great time in my life, and I look back on it with fond memories.

Today, table tennis is a very popular sport with a wide variety of people.  It can be played indoors or out and it doesn’t take up much room – but you really get a workout!  Whew!  Main thing is it’s fun and energetic. 

Lots of businesses are installing a table tennis table for their employees to blow off some steam and get great exercise in during their breaks.  Studies show that exercise increases blood flow to the brain, therefore people are more productive and can think clearer after an “exercise break” rather than a “coffee break”!  Plus it’s just plain fun and increases commeraderie and teamwork.
