I have two boys, and they cannot figure out who they want to be for Halloween: Edward (who is a Vampire) or Jacob (who is a Werewolf). Here’s a question for you. Can you influence a slot machine with your mind. I’ve always thought you could and they have some research that proves it. I have always been jealous of people with really good memories. My best friend has an amazing memory. I find it infuriating from time to time. He can remember practically everything I have said my whole life, and can remind me of some rather ridiculous statements but I have made over the years. I have always had a rather poor memory by contrast. I remember bits and pieces of this and that, but I can’t organize facts in a useful way. Like the subconscious mind does, I tend to take things literally when I read them. I took it to mean if you didn’t believe your mind could do anything it couldn’t do anything. In other words if you didn’t believe your mind had the power to do it, you could never do it.

If you didn’t believe your mind could help you lose weight then you wouldn’t lose weight. I applied my thinking about astral projection and the more mystical aspects of metaphysics to more normal topics of the mind, too.

After putting a lot of thinking into the subject I tend to disagree with the accepted beliefs that you have to believe it for it to work. I now think it will work whether you believe it does or not. Subconcious mind power is something everyone has but learning to use it can be a little hard.
